To Place Your Ticket Order: Call SOK & footlights at 608-758-1451 to place your ticket order. Visa or MasterCard payment is due at time of order. A $2 fee will be added to all ticket orders that are mailed. No tickets will be mailed out the week before the show. All other tickets will be held at Will Call or may be available for pick up at the SOK Studio. Note: phone orders may not be accepted at all ticket outlets.
Visit any one of our ticket outlets during their regular business hours. Ticket outlet locations vary for each event. If wishing to purchase tickets at the SOK Studio, please call ahead to confirm that someone will be available to take your order.
Email ticket requests to SOK & footlights at spotlight@spotlightonkids.org, Attn: Ticket Order. Please include your name, phone number, and the name, date, and time of the performance you are wishing to attend. An SOK volunteer will call you for payment information and to confirm your order. Please do NOT include credit card information in the email.
Payment Options: Our preferred forms of payment are cash, check, or SOK & footlights gift certificates. We also accept Visa or MasterCard, but additional service charges may apply.
SOK & footlights programs are open to all, regardless of age, race, gender, abilities, or financial status. Please contact us to discuss payment options or to set up a payment plan.
Exchanges/Refunds: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show, 48 hours in advance. Tickets for performances that have already taken place will not be exchanged. If you are unable to exchange your tickets, you may return the tickets and receive a tax-deductible donation for the full value of your purchase. All tickets are non-refundable.
Age Recommendations: Children under 4 are not admitted into any footlights production performance. While children under 4 are admitted into SOK performances, the subject matter or length of the performance may lend itself to older children and adults. All audience members, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket for admittance.
Appropriate age recommendations will be made for certain performances. It is the responsibility of the audience member to follow these guidelines. If you have questions about the age appropriateness of a particular production, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Special Needs: Please notify SOK & footlights of special needs at the time of your ticket purchase. Due to the fact that we perform at a variety of venues and locations, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated. The earlier a request is made, the more likely it is that we will be able to meet your needs.
Seating: All seating is general admission, unless otherwise specified. Reserved seating is only available for select donors/sponsors, large groups, and those with special needs. Other requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager or other front of house staff. Individuals who arrive late may not be seated with the rest of their party, but are free to move to a different seat at intermission (pending seat availability).
Pay What You Can Performances: In an effort to make our programs accessible to all people, regardless of their financial status, SOK & footlights now offer Pay What You Can (PWYC) performances for select productions. Simply make a donation, in any amount, at the door the day of the show to receive your tickets (pending seat availability). Advanced tickets for PWYC performances are sold at full price, but guarantee you admittance to the performance. Please join us whether you can pay one dollar or the full ticket price! |
